Natural Silk Elegance GEL is a basic gel memory foam mattress manufactured by BedInABox. It is identical to PacBamboo™ GEL mattress but instead of bamboo cover has natural silk cover. It features a quilted pillow top with gel memory foam layer and support foam core.
BedInABox products are exclusively sold on their website - bedinabox.com. Their foam is produced by BASF in North Carolina and it is CertiPUR-US® Certified CertiPUR-US® Certified. 20 year limited warranty and 120 day Zero-Risk in-home trial (minimum 60 days at home required).

Body indentation Body indentation of 1" during the first five (5) years of the warranty or greater than 1.25" during years 6-20 required.
With 120 day Zero-Risk in-home trial there is a minimum 60 days at home requirement. Mattresses are the only product with their Zero-RIsk since foundations will include $50 shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. Any other products like adjustable beds, mattress covers, pillows, toppers are not returnable.
The first 10 years are non-prorated (full value) but company reserves the right to either replace or repair the product.
