Novaform® memory foam mattresses are available at Costco and other retailers. All their products are manufactured in the US. Products are shipped compresses, vacuum packed.

Most of Novaform® memory foam mattresses use 2 layer construction with fairly low quality 3 lb density memory foam. They come with 20 years limited warranty.
