For the first time, a specialty retailer would offer its customers solutions for back and neck pain, pain relief and prevention, and ergonomic sitting and sleeping solutions. Healthy Back has a national presence with 19 stores in six different states, as well as a nation-wide website, HealthyBack.com. Its sales employees do not work on commission.
