Dormeo was founded in 2002 with a new line of memory foam mattress manufactured in Europe. The brand Dormeo is owned by Studio Moderna, which is the leading multi-channel e-commerce and direct to consumer platform in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), Russia and Turkey. With the introduction of Octaspring line, Dormeo moved manufacturing to the US.
