PureTouch® II is a collection of natural latex mattresses manufactured by Therapedic®. Company claims that all mattresses under PureTouch brand do not use any synthetic materials in their latex, and only use natural latex, which comes from sap of the Brazilian rubber tree (Havanea brasilinesis).
PureTouch® II is the original PureTouch® collection enhanced with up to eight inches of latex and a stretch zippered cover. In addition, it includes an eco-friendly foundation with coordinating laminated border. The PureTouch II support comes from a 6” polyurethane foam core. Main difference between the models is the number of Talalay latex layers. The basic model has only one 2" Talalay latex layer (28 ILD) and every upgraded model gains extra 2" of latex with the highest model having four 2" (8") Talalay latex layers of different densities.
There are several softness options available in this collection: Firm, Plush, Pillow Top, these will vary in type, thickness and density of the comfort layers.
