My Luxury Mattress is a mattress brand and also mattress and foam manufacturer with factory direct pricing. They offer collection of innerspring, memory foam and latex mattresses. They claim that foam materials that goes into their mattresses is strictly made in America. They offer 120 day in-home trial with either exchange or refund (minimum 30 days at home required), but you are responsible for repacking and shipping the mattress back to them (significant cost, size restrictions).

Foam layers used in their mattresses are made with Preserve, the world's first bio-based foam, made with soy bean oil and are CertiPUR-US® Certified CertiPUR-US® Certified.

They offer 20 years warranty on all mattresses but in order to have a valid warranty claim mattress has to have at least 2" visible indentation, which makes it very unlikely to be approved. From our experience, these warranty terms are worse than industry average - innerspring mattresses 1.2" exclusion and memory foam mattresses 0.75" exclusion.
