Back Performance® is one of the brands manufactured by Paramount Sleep. Foams used in its mattresses are CertiPUR-US® Certified and all mattresses are made in the USA.

There are four different collections under Back Performance brand: OCTANE, FE, MX Gel and PS.

Paramount Sleep is a manufacturer from Norfolk, Virginia founded in 1933 by Max Comess. Their products are mostly made in USA and they currently have 8 brands, ranging from traditional innerspring mattresses to latex, memory foam and gel. The Paramount Sleep brands are: Nature's Spa, iGravity, HD Super Duty, GoodNite, Dr. Maas Collection, Boutique Hotel, Back Performance, and A.H. Beard.
