Organic Collection is 100% natural latex collection manufactured by Sleep EZ, based in Phoenix, AZ. With over 35 years of experience making mattresses they specialize in 100% latex mattresses. Sleep EZ utilizes materials from credible US and European latex suppliers. Mattresses in Organic Collection are made from 100% natural "Talalay" or 100% natural "Dunlop" or combination of both. This collection also features Organic Cotton Cover and Organic Eco Wool. There are 4 models available in this collection: 7000, 9000, 10000 and 13000, the only difference among them is additional latex layer. Model names correspond with the height of each model - 7'-13" where entry 7000 model is 7" high.

Layers of different firmness are not glued together but are stacked on the top of each other. Every mattress has 3 layers besides the 7000 model that has only 2. You can change the order of the layers to customize your feel. Additionally, layers are cut in the middle so you can customize each side independently.Sleep EZ give you an option to choose 100% natural Dunlop latex layers or blended Talalay latex.
