Serene

Overview:

Serene is a 9", plush, basic memory foam mattress manufactured by My Luxury Mattress and available through their website www.myluxurymattress.com. It has a 2 layer construction with a layer of foam support core and top memory foam layer. None of its foam comfort layers are over 3 lb density, which means it uses low quality components. Some foam layers used in their mattresses are made with Preserve, the world's first bio-based foam, made with soy bean oil. Some foams are CertiPUR-US® Certified CertiPUR-US® Certified.

Mattresses have 120 day in-home trial with either exchange or refund (minimum 30 days at home required), but you are responsible for repacking and shipping the mattress back to them (significant cost, size restrictions, foundations and adjustable base are non-returnable).

All mattresses are covered by 20 years warranty but in order to have a valid warranty claim mattress has to have at least 2" visible indentation, which makes it very unlikely to be approved. From our experience, these warranty terms are worse than industry average (innerspring mattresses 1.2" exclusion, memory foam mattresses 0.75" exclusion).
